Looking closely there was a lot of scraping on most of the house. Only the new addition was in good condition. Almost all of the window trims needed replacement. Those replacements were done by Pagung Construction LLC.
We used a Festool Rotex 125 to help on this scraping removal.
After some delay because of weather and carpentry schedule, we are able to finish the whole job. The owner decide not to install the shutters again and I have to say that was a good decision. The front of the house looks more clean and modern. All the trims was replaced for a flat PVC.
