Project Escope

This project encompassed a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, masonry, and power washing.

Begin by demolishing the old door. Protect the back of the bricks with exterior weathered plywood. Locate red bricks that closely match the existing bricks, and use them to fill the gap, ensuring that all rows are properly aligned.

The second part involved removing all the wood covering the columns, painting the concrete at the top of the columns, painting the columns white, painting the wood panels on the walls, painting the window trims white, and power washing the concrete.

We sanded and scraped away the peeling paint, then power washed the wood panels on the walls and the entire concrete slab to remove dust and mold.

The outcome was excellent, giving this part of the house a fresh and updated appearance.
